Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $60,400, dependent on experience.

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

Join the College of Dentistry in a vital role supporting programs that expand access to care, enhance student learning opportunities, and advance innovation across the college. The Senior Program Coordinator - Grants performs the administration and day-to-day oversight of the College of Dentistry Service Grants Program, responsible for funding initiatives that help patients access needed dental care, support student externship experiences throughout Oklahoma, invest in dental equipment and technology, and advance other strategic programs that benefit the college and the communities it serves.

Some responsibilities include: ensures proper utilization and distribution of grant funds; records and tracks daily distributions and accounts for how they are utilized; collects and analyzes data in generating reports for leadership and granting organizations; communicates with internal and external team members/partners on the grant funding process; and assists with grant applications and required reporting.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 48 months of related experience.

Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.

None

Department Preferences:

Prior experience administering grants or overseeing funding programs
