Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $60,400 annually, based on education and experience.

Position Introduction:

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative professional to coordinate and support a variety of projects that advance the department’s financial, quality, and service goals. This role is responsible for guiding projects from planning through implementation, supporting process improvement initiatives, maintaining project tracking and communication efforts, and ensuring outcomes align with the department’s vision and values. The ideal candidate will help develop and maintain departmental goals, procedures, budgets, and methodologies while ensuring teams have the resources and infrastructure needed to operate effectively and efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as this position works closely with leadership, participates in meetings and committees, provides project updates, and assists with communication planning to support successful project outcomes and overall departmental success.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 48 months of project management experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months experience.
