Pay Range: Target Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Introduction:

The OU-Tulsa Simulation Center is a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting healthcare education through simulation-based learning. The Senior Project Coordinator coordinates all activities related to simulation-based projects and standardized/simulated patient (SP) program operations, ensuring planning, implementation, and continuous improvement align with departmental service, quality, and operational goals. This role manages schedules, workflows, and resources to support efficient daily operations while tracking project progress and maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders. The coordinator collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners across campuses, providing guidance on processes and supporting program execution in a professional, service-oriented manner. The position also supports SP program functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, scheduling, and quality assurance. Success in this role requires strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities while contributing to process improvement and overall operational effectiveness. Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4 years of project coordination, project management support, or related experience.

Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
