Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $60,400, depending on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may include some weekends)

Travel: Required

Position Introduction:

The Senior Program Coordinator is a key driver in managing and implementing four niche energy-related programs, all of which have been at the University for 70+ years, which include: Laurance Reid Gas Conditioning Conference, Gas Compressor Short Course, Corrosion Control Course, and Blowout Prevention School.

This role is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing management of these energy education programs, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for participants. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, and collaborative individual with a proven track record in program management and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 48 months of related experience.

Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

None

Department Preferences:

  • Position includes a few key travel events annually including 2 annual trips of up to 5 days each.
  • Experience in fundraising, grant applications, or sponsorship development.
  • Knowledge in University systems such as Qualtrics, PeopleSoft, Concur, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with marketing and communication platforms, including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Constant Contact, and Canva.
  • Experience supporting professional education, conferences, or industry-focused training programs.
