Pay Range: Targeted rate of up to $24.18/hour based on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

We are seeking a highly organized and student-centered Senior Student Program Coordinator to provide support for student success, admissions and enrollment initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide prospective students through the admissions process and oversee program operations that enhance the overall student experience. You will serve as a key resource for prospective and current students, faculty, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition from admissions to program participation. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a passion for student development, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 12 months in student programming, student services, or closely related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.
