Position Introduction

Join a dynamic research environment where curiosity turns into discovery. This role leads and supports active research projects, combining hands-on laboratory work with study design, data analysis, and clinical research participation. You’ll collect and interpret complex data sets, maintain detailed research logs, and contribute to publications and reports that advance scientific knowledge. As a functional lead, you’ll guide and supervise research staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The position offers a balance of independent investigation and teamwork, with opportunities to present findings, shape study direction, and play a key role in moving research from concept to conclusion.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Biological Science, Physical Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 48 months research laboratory experience as a research technician or assistant.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months research laboratory experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 96 months research experience.
