Pay Range: Targeted salary of $8-$10/hour, based on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, depending on availability

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

This position will provide general office support to the ILAC office within the College of Education.

Job duties include:

Greeting and assisting visitors

Answering and routing phone calls

Operating standard office machines - computers, copiers, scanners, phones, etc.

Maintaining filing systems and records

Running campus errands, delivering packages and mail

Restocking office supplies, organization work areas and storage spaces

Organizing physical and electronic copies of files for department

Assisting in preparation of event invitations and other mailings

Set up and take down of college events

General office cleaning and sanitizing

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Skills:

  • Typing, good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word
  • Dependability
  • Problem solving ability
  • Initiative
