  • Design printed materials such as signage, information sheets, name cards, and laminated reference guides for LLC spaces
  • Maintain and evolve a visual style guide for MLLL and LLC communications, in accordance with OU brand standards (crimson #841617, cream palette, typography)
  • Contribute original design concepts and creative ideas to the team proactively
  • Manage and organize a shared library of design assets, templates, and brand files for team use

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional atmosphere in the LLC space
  • Work collaboratively with LLC staff and student team members on larger departmental projects

Required Education:

Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to speak, read, and write clear, concise English
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong initiative — brings ideas forward and follows through without being prompted
  • Able to communicate effectively and build rapport with students, faculty, and staff
  • Customer service orientation
