Pay Range: Targeted Salary $60,400 annually, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Standard / Fixed Schedule

Position Introduction

This position will support graduation, communication, program operations, sites, the CRNA program, and key operational aspects of the College of Nursing Student Affairs Team. This position will fulfill critical roles for student satisfaction and student support, including the CRNA program; communication plan and communication strategic initiatives; organization of college events; student support (progression, graduation, reports, and processes), as well as cross-training in key areas for these functions; and multi-site support, as well as support for university initiatives for student meetings and bookings.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.

Equivalency/ Substitution: Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

  • Strong leadership, professionalism, and initiative with the ability to adapt, multitask, and make sound decisions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, advising, and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented and student-centered approach. Highly organized with strengths in planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, data analysis, and effective use of technology to support operations and customer service.
