Pay Range: Targeted rate of $18.26/hour, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am - 6:30pm, plus some weekdays.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

We're seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Work Control Specialist to support daily operations within our maintenance team. In this role, you'll manage service and work requests, assist with billing inquiries, provide documentation to departments, and serve as a key point of contact by answering and routing calls through a multi-line phone system. Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months experience in customer service in an office environment.
